Changing Your Window View

Did you know that you can easily change the way files are displayed?

1. Go to Students on Server 2 from the desktop and look for this icon on the toolbar:

2. Now you see this!

3. Then select the view you'd like.
Below are some samples of what each view looks like: Practice a few times!

Details View

4. Now for the Assignment.

• Open Microsoft Word
• Put your name on the top along with the date and your class.
  Write a paragraph explaining how to change your view. Tell me which one is your favorite.
• Save your work using your name as the name of the file to “My Documents”.
